1. Digital Courses & Training

  • Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 70% of the course content.

  • Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued if a significant portion of the course has been accessed or completed.
     

2. Live Training & Consultancy Services

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Refunds for Cancellations:

    • Full refund if canceled 48 hours before the scheduled session.

    • No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
       

3. How to Request a Refund
